For the Vivantes Auguste-Viktoria-Klinikum (AVK) site, Rubenstraße 125, 12157 Berlin, an extension building (3rd construction phase, Building 53, and 4th construction phase, Building 54) is to be planned and constructed, including, among others, the following functional units: 1.04 Functional Diagnostics – Cardiology and Urology, 1.05 Endoscopy, 1.07 Radiology, 1.09 Outpatient Surgery, 1.10 Delivery, 2.01 General Care – Cardiology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Diseases, Oncology, 2.02 Care – Postpartum Women, 2.10 Care – Geriatrics, 2.11 Infectious Diseases Day Clinic, taking into account and connecting to existing medical functional units. This invitation to tender covers the specialist planning services required for this construction project to install an automated goods transport system. In 2025, the company Unitiy prepared a logistics concept, "Master Plan for the Auguste-Viktoria-Klinikum Berlin Site," which is intended in the future to handle a large portion of goods traffic following delivery to the service yard. As a first step, this system is now to be planned for the proposed new building in the 3rd and 4th construction phases, including all specifications concerning structural and technical requirements.
