Opportunity description

In the coming years, LBV.SH plans to implement a large number of E1 and E2 measures on federal, state, and district roads. E1 measures are projects involving renewal of the surface course and partial renewal of the binder course or base course. E2 measures are renewals of the pavement structure, i.e. above the subgrade, in individual cases including renewal of the drainage systems and renewal of the passive protective devices. The services to be awarded include project supervision within the scope of services for transport facilities pursuant to Section 47 HOAI for service phase 8 (construction supervision and local site supervision) and for service phase 9 (project supervision). The objective of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement with up to three contractors and an annual contract value of max. EUR 0.8 million per contract year. Procedure: open.
