Planning services in accordance with HOAI (engineering services for the new construction of a combined wastewater treatment facility and a sewage pumping station for the city center catchment area Project planning for civil engineering structures Consulting on the architectural facility design Project planning for outdoor facilities Project planning for transport facilities Structural engineering Technical equipment Planning and supervision of site clearance and demolition work Simulations Pollution load calculation Fire protection consulting Explosion protection concept Services related to occupational health and safety Consulting services by an AwSV expert Value Engineering/ Value Days Preparation of functional instructions/ switching points for control Staffing concept for operation of the facility The scope of services includes the partial services described below. In addition to the contractual provisions, the following regulations generally apply to the provision of services: Investigations of various alternatives may be required as part of the planning. In coordination with the contracting authority, construction services may be tendered by trade and construction phase. According to the current planning status, implementation of the measure is subject to the following schedule: LP 1-5: 01.02.2027 to 01.01.2029 LP 6-7: 02.01.2029 to 01.10.2029 LP 8: 03.02.2029 to 31.12.2032 LP 9: 01.01.2033 to 31.12.2036 The contract will be awarded in two stages: - Stage 1: Service phase 1 to 4 - Stage 2: Service phase 5 to 9. Commissioning of Stage 2 is contingent upon the satisfactory performance of Stage 1, the availability of financial resources, internal administrative decisions and the approval of the competent political bodies of the City of Münster.
