Opportunity description
Framework Agreement for Conveying Technology Planning For new construction, replacement, or refurbishment measures on the FHG premises, the involvement of specialist consultants is often required, including at very short notice. The airport has an inventory of approximately 90 elevators comprising passenger elevators, freight elevators, and elevators that are partially exposed to weather conditions. The airport has an inventory of 25 escalators. The systems range in age from new to 40 years old. They are subject to very different usage loads. Availability must be high and requires a particular focus on sustainability. All measures take place under the influence of passenger processes. These set the pace and largely determine implementation. The essential contents for this are cost group 460 according to DIN 276. The tasks essentially consist of the following (based in terms of content on the HOAI): • Assessments of existing conditions with and without existing documentation • Review of existing documentation to determine utilization rates, etc. • Preparation of simple studies for new installations and conversions or refurbishments • Preparation of basic concepts, where applicable in variants under passenger operations, with prioritization of the systems • Preliminary dimensioning and quantity calculations for concept planning and preparation of specifications or optimization of existing systems • Cost statements at the respectively required level of detail, including ancillary construction costs • Project-supporting measures based on the HOAI for small projects • Planning and construction supervision (LPH 01 to 09) of elevator systems, taking airport standards into account • Planning and construction supervision (LPH 01 to 09) of escalators • Coordination of interfaces and participating trades and provision of on-site instructions It is intended to establish a framework agreement based either on hourly rates or, alternatively, on lump-sum HOAI services. The stated quantities are statistical empirical values from recent years. Since some of the construction measures are located in the security area, the Contractor’s employees working on site must have undergone security screening. Procedure: neg-w-call. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
