Technical equipment heating/ventilation/sanitary/building automation/electrical (§ 55 HOAI), basic services pursuant to Annex 15.1 HOAI, system groups 1/2/3/4/7/8 (§ 53 HOAI), service hares 1-3 and 5-9, SG 1 additionally SP 4, in stages, initially SP 1-3 special services. The municipality of Denkendorf intends to carry out a comprehensive renovation of its outdoor swimming pool in order to bring it back up to the latest standards from a technical, functional, hygienic and design perspective. To this end, an investigation was commissioned in order initially to verify the required mea-sures and to develop a feasibility horizon with regard to a possible timeframe and financial framework. Since the municipality of Denkendorf does not have the necessary specialist expertise in this field, it commissioned the firm Richter + Rausenberger to prepare the basis for decisions on how to proceed.
