Germany – Engineering services – Rehabilitation of the through road in the Hochberg district

Opportunity description

The City of Remseck am Neckar, with approximately 27,000 inhabitants, intends, together with the Ludwigsburg District (LK LB), to rehabilitate and aesthetically enhance the through road in the Hochberg district from the Neckaraue intersection to the end of the through road at the Hochdorfer Straße intersection. Pursuant to the Roads Act for Baden-Württemberg, the district administration is responsible for urban district roads in municipalities with fewer than 30,000 inhabitants. This includes the road surface between the two curbs. The sidewalks and the curb fall under the responsibility of the municipality. As part of this roadway rehabilitation planned by the district, the City of Remseck am Neckar plans to renew the sidewalks along the road and parts of the water pipeline, as well as to expand the sewer to a larger dimension. - Project planning for transport facilities pursuant to § 47 HOAI 2021, service phases 1‐3, optionally service phases 5 ‐ 9, including traffic signal system - Project planning for engineering structures pursuant to § 43 HOAI 2021 for - sewer construction, service phases 1 ‐ 3, optionally service phases 5 ‐ 9, in stages - water supply, service phases 1 ‐ 3, optionally service phases 5 ‐ 9, in stages - Special service öBÜ pursuant to Annex 12.1 HOAI - Special service öBÜ pursuant to Annex 13.1 HOA The contracting authority is free in its decision regarding any further commissioning; there is no entitlement to the award of additional services.
