The City of Edenkoben is planning the construction of a new four-group daycare center. The new building is preferably to be constructed as a single-story building on a 2,711 m² plot located directly on Rhodter Straße. A site plan together with an aerial photograph forms part of the procurement documents. One challenge is planning the access, as access for staff and parents, particularly the parking spaces, is to be provided on parcel 2390/27 to the north. A vocational school lies between the two, and pedestrian access is to be provided across its grounds. Goods deliveries are planned via Rhodter Straße, with the option of 1-3 additional parking spaces along the southern boundary of the property. The daycare center is preferably to be constructed as a single-story building; the requirements of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate for the planning of daycare centers must be observed. The technical building equipment is to meet current requirements and be future-proof. A cost estimate dated 27.10.2025 also forms part of the procurement documents. The figures are understood to be preliminary estimates and may change over the course of the project. This notice invites tenders, as Lot 4, for the specialist planning services for electrical technical equipment required for this purpose, with separate notices for: Lot 1 - Building design services, Lot 2 - Outdoor facilities design services, Lot 3 - Specialist planning services for HVAC and plumbing technical equipment, Lot 5 - Structural planning services. The eligible costs are currently estimated as follows (all figures in EUR net): KG 400 - Structure - Technical installations: 804.896,10 EUR. Included therein: AG 4 Electrical installations: 138.193,86 EUR, AG 5 Communications, security and information technology installations: 30.598,89 EUR, AG 6 Conveying systems - optional: 52.318,84 EUR, AG 8 Building and systems automation: 17.765,03 EUR.
