Maintenance content Scope of services: Maintenance includes all services necessary to ensure the safe, reliable and economical operation of the elevator systems. The elevator technicians deployed must have sufficient technical knowledge and practical experience in the field of elevator technology and must be demonstrably qualified for the respective work to be performed. The work must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of - DIN EN 13015 - Industrial Safety Regulation (BetrSichV) - Technical Rules for Operational Safety (TRBS 3121) - Manufacturer specifications - DGUV regulations. The contractor shall perform preventive maintenance of the elevator system in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, the generally accepted rules of technology and the applicable legal regulations. All maintenance work must be documented. Any defects identified must be reported to the contracting authority immediately in writing. All services listed in the specifications must be included in the documentation. The complete documentation must be made available to the contracting authority after completion of the work in digital form, in pdf format. It must be possible to clearly assign the documentation to the respective elevator system and the respective maintenance date. The documentation must be signed by both parties. Compensation for the documentation must be included in the unit prices.
