The project comprises the construction of new noise barriers as part of the complete reconstruction of the B 236 in Dortmund between operating km 5+600 and 7+600. The construction site is located in the area between the Dortmund-Derne junction and the Wambel Tunnel along the B 236. The services include in particular: construction of bored pile foundations, construction of reinforced concrete base elements, supply and installation of aluminum noise-barrier elements, including transparent elements, as well as all required ancillary services. The work will be carried out while traffic remains in operation and must be coordinated with the other specialist lots of the overall project. The work will be carried out on the carriageways toward Schwerte and Lünen in the area between the Dortmund-Derne junction and the Wambel Tunnel. The services include in particular: construction of bored pile foundations, including required construction pits, construction of reinforced concrete base elements, supply and installation of aluminum noise-barrier elements, including transparent and highly absorptive elements, adaptation and connection work on existing structures, as well as all required ancillary services. The work will be carried out in sections while traffic remains in operation and must be coordinated with the other specialist lots of the overall project, in particular the main construction lot, traffic management, and vehicle restraint systems.
