As part of the refurbishment, the Collections Building – Implementation Phase 2 will be upgraded in terms of fire protection, and the infrastructure and technical building equipment will be refurbished or largely replaced. For the new 6xhibitions KM1, STS and PHY, a total of 16 exhibits, disassembled into assemblies, must be cleaned of PCB-containing oil residues and lubricants in order to ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors.
