Opportunity description
Sustainability coordination services for BNB_QNG certification The GS Hanselmannstraße/MS Schleißheimer Straße school site is to be structurally reorganized and expanded. As part of an already completed VgV procedure for object planning under HOAI, a preliminary solution approach has already been developed, which is currently being further elaborated as part of LPH2: The primary school building (Hanselmannstr. 44), including the associated single sports hall, is in a very good structural condition, will essentially be retained and is to be modernized only to a minor extent (No certification!) The mobile room unit of the primary school (Hanselmannstr. 45), the old middle school buildings (Schleißheimer Str. 275), and the house for children (Schleißheimer Str.279) will be demolished. The missing school uses to be provided will be newly situated on the property in the form of two new buildings (to be certified): - New multifunctional primary school/middle school building including cafeteria and connecting walkway to the existing primary school (construction phase 1) BGF: approx. 12.427m2 BRI: approx. 54.731m3 - New multifunctional house for children/double sports hall building (construction phase 2) BGF: approx. 3.505m2 BRI: approx. 22.201m3 The new buildings are to be constructed partially or entirely using timber or timber-hybrid construction. The sustainability concept is to include measures such as optimization of the building envelope, summer heat protection, ventilation concepts, and the supply of renewable energy. In connection with the climate relevance of the building materials, particular consideration must be given to the use of renewable raw materials as well as the embodied energy expended, recyclability, and longevity of the building materials. With regard to the treatment of urban greenery, as far as possible, also with regard to climate adaptation, particular attention must be paid to aspects such as intensive greening with large trees (or preservation of existing trees), green roofs, facade greening, and the promotion of biodiversity on the property. Building certification according to the BNB assessment system is being sought. In summary, the overall school requirements to be situated on the school campus comprise: 4-form-entry primary school based on the learning-house concept in accordance with the standard room program, including cooperative all-day provision and a single sports hall. 4-form-entry middle school based on the learning-house concept + 1 Ü-class in accordance with the standard room program, including a double sports hall without stands, including an assembly venue. Cafeteria. THV service apartment. House for children (HfK) with 2 nursery and 4 kindergarten groups Procedure: open.
