TW - Föhringer Ring expansion project // Isar culvert, environmental construction monitoring The service description covers environmental construction monitoring and ecological construction monitoring for SWM's Isar culvert construction project in connection with the expansion of the Föhringer Ring. The subject is the environmental monitoring of the open and environmentally relevant construction phases, particularly excavation pits, construction roads, land use, restoration, and nature, species, soil, and water protection. The UBB/ÖBB monitors the implementation of the relevant nature conservation requirements, conducts random checks of environmentally relevant documentation from the water-law permit, and documents findings, deviations, and recommendations. Technical construction supervision, senior construction management, or the independent implementation of ancillary provisions under water law are not part of the service. During the tunneling-only phase, no regular UBB services are planned, provided no environmentally relevant exceptional events occur. The service also includes appointments, inspections, individual assessments in the event of deviations, ongoing documentation, as well as a final inspection and final report. Procedure: neg-w-call.
