As a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, SBH | Schulbau Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH) is responsible for planning, constructing, maintaining and managing school properties in accordance with economic principles while taking school-related requirements into account, and for leasing the more than 400 schools to the Ministry of Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). --------------- SBH | Schulbau Hamburg is constructing a sustainably innovative timber building with open learning areas, communal areas and a single-court sports hall on the property at Eibenkamp 1, 22559 Hamburg, for Stadtteilschule Rissen and Gymnasium Rissen. The project is a BIM project, and communication takes place via the dalux field project platform.
