Opportunity description
As part of the earthworks, the construction area for the single-storey fire station building will be prepared and the foundation level established. For this purpose, the subgrade is to be constructed and compacted over an area of approx. 2,400 m², and an approx. 50 cm thick crushed-stone base course with a volume of around 1,150 m³ is to be installed. The works also include the construction of a test area, compaction verification by means of plate load tests, and excavation of the foundation areas with a volume of approx. 112 m³. Subsequently, all drainage pipes beneath the floor slab are to be laid. This includes the construction of approx. 285 m of pipe trenches and the laying of approx. 285 m of KG-2000 wastewater pipes DN 110, including fittings, penetrations, and connection pipes. In addition, conduits for utility services beneath the floor slab and connections from the rainwater downpipes to the underground drainage pipes are to be installed. Finally, the required leak-tightness tests, CCTV inspections, and as-built documentation of the drainage systems are to be carried out. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 146,121.4 EUR.
