Opportunity description

Planning and implementation of a Hamburg joint exhibition stand for Hamburg Tourismus GmbH (joint stand with sub-exhibitors) for ITB Berlin 2027 and optionally subsequent years. The implementation is based on a specification of services and a draft design. The subject of the procurement is the planning, realization, setup and dismantling of the joint exhibition stand of Hamburg Tourismus GmbH (HHT) at ITB Berlin 2027. The exhibition stand serves for the joint presentation of HHT and various co-exhibitors from Hamburg’s tourism industry. The implementation is based on a draft design and a detailed specification of services provided by the contracting authority. The scope of services includes, in particular, project and implementation planning, exhibition stand construction, floor, wall and ceiling structures, furniture and equipment, graphic and advertising technology, lighting, electrical installation and media technology, transport and logistics, as well as assembly and dismantling and on-site construction management. In addition, the contract includes the necessary consultation and coordination with the contracting authority, Messe Berlin and other participating service providers and partners, including the technical planning, orders and approvals required for implementation. The contract will be concluded for an indefinite period. The initial provision of services will be for ITB Berlin 2027. From 2028 onward, contractually stipulated extension options exist for implementing the Hamburg joint exhibition stand in subsequent years. Procedure: open.
