Opportunity description

The construction project involves the new extension building of the Marie-Curie-Gymnasium in 16540 Hohen Neuendorf. The building directly adjoins the existing building, has a partial basement and three above-ground floors (ground floor to 2nd upper floor). The net floor area is approximately 1,670 m², and the gross volume is approximately 7,000 m³. The new extension will be constructed using reinforced concrete (mixed construction: prefabricated and semi-prefabricated elements and cast-in-place concrete) with an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) facade. As part of the structural works, there will be minor interventions in the cafeteria of the existing building. School operations must be able to continue without restrictions throughout the entire construction work. Brief description/approximate quantities of the services tendered under this lot: The core services comprise approximately 540 m² of external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS), including all connections, approximately 78 m of stainless-steel plinth flashing, and approximately 70 m² of surface treatment on the existing building.
