Opportunity description

As part of this contract, the exterior envelope of the vehicle hall is to be constructed as a thermally insulated sandwich facade. The work includes the structural calculation, specialist facade planning, and the preparation of all shop and installation drawings, including all detailed designs. On a facade area of approximately 896 m², a thermally separated spacer and substructure will first be installed. Thermally insulated sandwich wall panels with a 100 mm thick PIR insulation core and a heat transfer coefficient of no more than 0.24 W/(m²K) will then be installed. The facade cladding is to be finished in the special color Fire Red (RAL 3000). In addition, plinth insulation covering an area of approximately 165 m², plinth cladding, door lintel cladding, column cladding, corner profiles, parapet connections, window and door surrounds, as well as all necessary jointing, connection, and sealing work are to be carried out. The services also include openings for parapet drainage and technical penetrations, as well as all fastening, cutting, and adjustment work required for a fully functional and permanently watertight facade construction.
