Facade renovation, cleaning and adaptation as well as complete recoating of exterior building surfaces 1 Preparatory work Protective covering of windows/doors and temporary dismantling of components; 2 Demolition Demolish existing ETICS facade in an individual section 3 Facade cleaning Remove algae/moss/fungal infestation from all rendered facade surfaces and metal window sills; High-pressure water jetting of all rendered facade surfaces; Mechanical cleaning of unrendered exterior surfaces; 4 Render renovation Repair individual defects in the existing render; Repair chases in the existing render; Partially remove existing render; Partially apply new thin-layer render; 5 Building waterproofing Substrate cleaning and leveling following ETICS demolition; Apply new liquid building waterproofing W2.1_E; 6 ETICS work Construct new ETICS with render coating and recessed plinth in an individual section following demolition; Adaptation work on existing ETICS; 7 Painting work Recoat the entire facade surface; Maintenance coating of existing timber cladding at the roof overhang; Maintenance coating of existing round steel columns; 8 Hourly-paid work Hourly rate FA, hourly rate skilled worker/worker Procedure: open.
