The building will be constructed as a single-story new building using solid construction. The ceilings above the equipment room wing and above the changing room wing are to be constructed as as prefabricated large-area slabs with a concrete topping. The sports hall roof will be constructed using a steel truss girder constuction with trapezoidal sheet metal roofing. The lower section of the façade will be fitted with facing brickwork, and the upper section of the sports hall with a curtain wall façade made of Trespa panels.
