The contracting authority wishes to present itself consistently and modernly at trade fairs and events. In recent years, various trade fair elements have already been procured for this purpose through the company Nomadic Displays GmbH, which are to continue to be used for reasons of cost-effectiveness and sustainability. The subject matter of the service to be provided therefore comprises:  maintenance of the existing and, where applicable, newly procured (replacement) elements  repair services  replacement procurement of the existing defective elements  further development of the trade fair portfolio  trade fair construction service  revision of existing elements (e.g. printing and installation of new textile panels)  rental of additional items and promotional equipment  provision of a trade fair full-service solution for trade fair and event marketing  relocation of the trade fair elements already purchased from the current warehouse (Rhine-Main region) to the new warehouse  storage of all trade fair elements (both existing and, where applicable, newly purchased)  provision of an online tool for booking and order processing by the contracting authority’s organisational units Procedure: open.
