Germany – Fair and exhibition organisation services – Framework agreement for the construction of joint exhibition stands and storage of existing trade fair media in lots

Wirtschaftsförderung Land Brandenburg GmbH (WFBB) intends to award framework agreements in two lots: Lot 1 - Construction of joint exhibition stands at international trade fairs Lot 2 - Storage of existing trade fair media WFBB plans to organize joint exhibition stands for the State of Brandenburg and the capital region for the tender period starting in September 2026 for a maximum of four years. During this period, joint exhibition stands are planned each year at five to seven trade fairs in Germany and other European countries (hereinafter referred to as "D-EU"). During the maximum contract term of four years, this is expected to comprise a total of 26 projects. The following trade fairs are envisaged during the contract term—they have not yet all been finally confirmed and should therefore currently be regarded only as provisional: - Achema | Frankfurt am Main (2027 & 2030) - GIFA | Düsseldorf (2027) - Hannover Messe (2027, 2028, 2029 & 2030) - HLTH Europe | Amsterdam, Netherlands (2027, 2028, 2029 & 2030) - ILA Berlin (2028 & 2030) - InnoTrans | Berlin (2028 & 2030) - Semicon Europa | Munich (2027, 2028, 2029 & 2030) - The smarter E Europe | Munich (2027, 2028, 2029 & 2030) - transport logistic | Munich (2027 & 2029) At each of these European trade fairs, the total area is between approx. 80m² and 700m² and is divided into an infrastructure area (approx. 40m² to 100m²) and the areas of the co-exhibitors (approx. 40m² to 600m²). Joint exhibition stands are also planned in non-European countries (hereinafter referred to as "WORLD"), but the locations and number have not yet been determined. At present, one non-European trade fair per year is assumed—according to current plans, this is the annual InterBattery in Seoul. The stand size here is expected to be between approx. 80 and 100 m². "Storage of existing trade fair media" includes the storage of trade fair media, the rental of trade fair media, transport, assembly and dismantling at events in Brandenburg and Berlin, as well as reproduction for the exchange/replacement of designs Procedure: open.
