Opportunity description
The State of Saxony-Anhalt intends to modernize the inter-company training center (hereinafter "ÜBS") for LLG Iden (Saxony-Anhalt State Institute for Agriculture and Horticulture), in order to further develop it as a recognized educational institution with a model function for agriculture and an impact extending beyond the region. In the course of this, the dairy cattle and cattle husbandry area will be newly constructed and expanded. The objective is to create a modern and future-oriented dairy cattle husbandry facility as a basis for training, research and demonstration. A core component of the barn facility is the technological process of milk production, including the associated milking technology. In this context, both automatic and conventional milking methods will be taught. In addition, the training covers topics such as animal treatment, animal assessment, hoof care, handling cows with special requirements (special-needs cows), and feeding in theory and practice. The maximum group size for the training courses is 12 trainees supervised by 1 to 2 instructors. As part of the dairy cattle facility, the planned barn for dry cows (BE 10.11) is designed for up to 50 animals. A two-area pen with a solid-surfaced feeding alley and a bedded lying area will be available to the dry cows. In addition, the animals will have access to a partially covered outdoor run that can generally be used freely. Pasture access is optional. The technical installations must be designed to be animal-friendly, durable and easy to maintain. Occupational safety is of particular importance, especially with regard to its use as a training center. To reduce emissions, barn floors must be constructed in accordance with the state of the art for the purposes of environmental and climate protection. The subject matter of the procurement in operating unit (BE) 10.11 - Lot 11.1 Barn equipment comprises the following in total: Lot 3 Barn fittings, barn lighting. The requirements include site setup as well as the supply and installation of complete, corrosion-resistant barn fittings with fixed and movable feeding barriers, group partitions, gates, protective barriers, and facilities for moving animals out to pasture and loading animals. Furthermore, drinking facilities, including a water circulation system, as well as manual and electric cow brushes are to be supplied and installed. A demand-based LED lighting system, including lighting management and night lighting, is to be planned and supplied for the barn and outdoor run. The tenderer must provide the required execution and installation documents, technical information, product evidence, and operator and maintenance documentation, and instruct personnel in the operation of the lighting. For further details, reference is made to Annex C.1_Schedule_of_Services_Lot 3". The contract will be awarded by lot. Four lots will be formed. The respective services of the lots will be tendered in procurement procedures independent of one another. Tenderers may submit lots with one tender. The schedules of services are to be understood as a functional tender. Fully operational technical equipment and installations in accordance with the available descriptions are expected. All services must be offered as a complete service (supply and installation). Should tenderers identify omissions, contradictions or ambiguities in the procurement documents, they are obliged to notify the contracting authority immediately and no later than the expiry of the deadline for submitting tenderer questions. The contracting authority will review any information received and, if necessary, supplement or correct the procurement documents uniformly for all tenderers by responding to the tenderer questions (§ 15 para. 3 VgV). Procedure: open. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
