Framework agreement for the leasing of company bicycles for a term of 48 months (including a 12-month extension option) This specification constitutes a framework agreement between the City of Gelsenkirchen (lessee/contracting authority) and the contractor (lessor/contractor). The subject matter is the provision of bicycles by way of leasing (partial amortization leasing) in the form of salary conversion for the purpose of making them available to the lessee’s employees for official and private use (hereinafter: leased items), including insurance, training and service provisions (in particular, handling the ordering, return and claims settlement processes, maintenance and repair, incident management and provision of an online portal), on the basis of individual leasing agreements between specialist bicycle dealers and employees, as specified in greater detail in the specification. The contractor warrants that the company bicycle leasing model complies with statutory provisions and tax guidelines. The contractor warrants that the leased items are exclusively new bicycles conforming to the original manufacturer’s specifications and that they comply with the conditions of the TV Fahrradleasing. The maximum purchase quantity, based on a monthly purchase quantity of 10 bicycles, is a total of 360 bicycles for a contract term of 36 months and a total of 480 bicycles for a contract term of 48 months.
