Opportunity description

Bio-Security Immobilien GmbH is inviting tenders for the installation and operation of a fire-alarm system on a rental basis. The Bio-Security Competence Center operates a SIEMENS Sigmasys M fire-alarm system at Siemensstraße 42 in 59199 Bönen. As spare parts are no longer stocked for this system, it is intended to replace this system and exchange it for a modern, modular fire-alarm system. The new system is to be offered on a rental basis as part of this invitation to tender, with existing components such as control modules and loop-capable alarm sounders to be retained. The new fire-alarm system is to be equipped with remote capability in order to be future-proof. Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting, the use of an electronic operating log, visualization of the current detector status, and operability via mobile devices are also required. The system is to be installed after the contract is awarded; completion is to take place by 31.12.2026. The rental agreement will be concluded for a contractual term of 120 months. Procedure: open.
