Framework agreement - Modernization, flow studies, fire and smoke gas simulations The scope of services includes, in particular, the creation, plausibility checking, and updating of a 3D CFD base model of the HO underground station; the performance of fire and smoke gas simulations with and without moving meshes or train movements; and flow and climate simulations for summer and winter scenarios. In particular, the effects of planned installations and modifications are to be investigated, e.g. a new intermediate level, modified access, escalators, elevators, enclosures, smoke curtains, ramps, openings, shafts, and a bicycle parking facility. The simulations are intended to assess smoke and heat propagation, visibility conditions, optical density, usability of escape routes, flow paths, temperature distribution, air exchange, localized heat accumulation, pressure/suction profiles, and flow velocities. In addition, aerodynamic suction and pressure values are to be provided as input data for structural assessments by the structural engineering team; structural dimensioning and stability verifications are not part of the tendered service. The results are to be documented in a verifiable manner and prepared so that they can be used as a basis for the fire protection concept, evacuation assessments, specialist planning, and coordination with specialist departments, TAB, and the Fire Directorate. Remuneration is based on the lump-sum prices, contingent items, and hourly billing rates offered in the bill of quantities. Procedure: open.
