Germany – Fire engines – LFV Bayern e.V.: Joint procurement of LF 10 Bayern

Opportunity description

The LandesFeuerwehrVerband Bayern e.V. (hereinafter: LFV Bayern) intends, as a result of the procurement procedure in question, to conclude two (2) framework agreements enabling the designated eligible purchasers to procure fire engines of the type Löschgruppenfahrzeug (LF) 10 "Bayern" with or without a portable fire pump (TS) in the years 2027 to 2029. LFV Bayern itself does not procure any vehicle, but is the body conducting the procedure and the authorized representative of the eligible contracting authorities for the entire procurement process, up to and including acceptance of each individual vehicle. The LF 10 Bayern are procured in two (2) specialist lots: Lot 1: Framework agreement for the procurement of LF 10 Bayern (= vehicles consisting of chassis with body/fittings) without TS Lot 2: Framework agreement for the procurement of LF 10 Bayern (= vehicles consisting of chassis with body/fittings) with TS The firefighting equipment/load will be procured at a later date in a separate procurement procedure with several lots. Only radio technology, respiratory protection equipment and, for Lot 2, portable fire pumps including accessories will be provided directly by the eligible purchasers without a new call for tenders.
