Germany – Firefighting vehicles – Roll-off container high-performance pump module (AB HPM) + fittings for HPM

Opportunity description

LOT 1: The subject matter of this contract is the regulation of the planning, production and procurement of a total of six (6) units - including options for subsequent procurement as replacements in the event that a roll-off container is taken out of service - of identical AB HPMs of the same design, each essentially consisting of the roll-off container (AB) itself and the mounted high-performance pump module together with any items provided, in accordance with § 1 no. 2 of the contract document. The complete "AB HPM" units, each fully assembled and ready for fire service deployment (hereinafter also referred to as the product [singular or plural]), are owed. The services to be provided in their entirety constitute the subject matter of the contract; they form a unit not only economically but also legally. ====== LOT 2: The subject matter of the framework agreement is the regulation of the procurement of fittings for high-performance pump modules, hereinafter referred to as the product/s. It sets out the legal framework for the conclusion of the respective individual purchase contracts. The maximum value of the framework agreement applies only to Lot 2. The term of the framework agreement applies only to Lot 2, even though Lot 1 is also erroneously described as a framework agreement by the procurement platform. This is incorrect. Only Lot 2 is a framework agreement. The term for Lot 1 is 10 years. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 580,000.00 EUR. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 580,000 EUR.
