Municipality of Hilter a.T.W. / Supply of an aerial ladder vehicle (DLA[K] 23/12) for the Hilter a.T.W. local fire brigade - Lot 1: Chassis and body | Lot 2: Firefighting equipment The Municipality of Hilter a.T.W. intends to procure a brand-new aerial ladder vehicle DLA(K) 23/12, including firefighting equipment. The vehicle must be delivered fully functional, registered and ready for use. The procurement is divided into two specialist lots: * Lot 1 comprises the chassis and firefighting body as a technically coordinated overall system. * Lot 2 comprises the firefighting equipment. Tenders may be submitted for one lot or both lots; the contract will be awarded separately for each lot. For technical reasons, the chassis and body are awarded together. Key safety- and registration-related interfaces exist in particular with regard to the power take-off, stabilizers, ladder assembly and control system, axle loads and center of gravity, power supply, braking and driving dynamics, parameterization, EMC and whole-vehicle approval. Overall technical responsibility for the functional and approvable system lies with the contractor for Lot 1. For each lot, the contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced admissible tender. Price is therefore the sole award criterion. The minimum technical and qualitative performance is ensured by the specifications designated as exclusion criteria or minimum requirements.
