The subject of the invitation to tender is the supply of a Type ELW 1 command vehicle in accordance with DIN SPEC 14507-2 as a replacement purchase for the Castrop-Rauxel fire department. The scope of services includes the supply of an all-wheel-drive chassis, including the firefighting-specific bodywork, all electrical and electronic systems, the power supply, special signaling equipment, communication and command workstations, as well as the complete integration of the radio and information technology provided by the contracting authority. Furthermore, the service includes the manufacture of all necessary storage and mounting systems for the firefighting equipment, vehicle lettering, the performance of all required tests, acceptances and verifications, as well as the preparation of the complete technical documentation. The vehicle must be handed over to the contracting authority ready for operation, free of defects, registered, and including all required training, instruction, documentation and acceptance services.
