Framework Agreement for First Aid Training One framework agreement (Lot 1 - Module 1 (police enforcement officers) and Module 2 (workplace first aiders)) includes the provision of participant places in external training courses conducted by the contractor on the topic of "First Aid in the Workplace" in accordance with DGUV Principle 204-022. Furthermore, Lot 1 includes the provision of participant places in accordance with Module 1, including specialized training on the topic of "Bleeding Management and Use of Tourniquets" (Module 3). The second framework agreement (Lot 2 - Module 4) includes the provision of participant places in external training courses conducted by the contractor on the topic of "Initial and Continuing Training of Instructors in First Aid and for the Workplace Emergency Medical Service (Multiplier Bodies)" in accordance with DGUV Principles 304-002 and 304-003.
