The central kitchen at Düsseldorf University Hospital is being completely remodeled and renovated. In this context, a future-oriented food distribution system for patient catering is being implemented. The system is being converted to the Cook & Chill process, using self-produced products. A reorganization of the spatial structure is planned, including modernization of the building fabric and, in particular, renewal of the operational technical equipment. The work will be carried out on 2 above-ground and 2 underground floors. This invitation to tender describes the floor coating for the renovation work on the central kitchen. The following services are included. - Construction site setup - Protection against dust and odors through negative pressure maintenance - Acrylic floor coating approx. 2,200 m² - Epoxy coating, storage rooms, level U2 approx. 186 m² Procedure: open.
