An energy-efficiency renovation and extension of the existing Energy Museum on the Kraftwerk Mitte site in Dresden is planned. The renovation of the building is intended to enhance the building as a museum. The new building accommodates offices, a foyer with an event room, sanitary facilities, and a circulation core. A forecourt and an external staircase connecting the existing and new buildings will be constructed in front of the museum. The buildings have the following dimensions: • Existing building L x W: approx. 28.00 m x 18.85 m • New building L x W: approx. 18.05 m x 17.50 m (27.00 m projection on the 3rd upper floor) This concerns the following services: Floor covering • approx. 475 m² single-color linoleum covering, thickness 2.5 mm, incl. substrate preparation on floating cement screed with/without underfloor heating • approx. 95 m² leveling compound, thickness 3 mm • approx. 225 m elastic PUR perimeter joint • approx. 45 m expansion joint profiles Procedure: open.
