The children's center consists of 2 sections: a solid existing building (basement, ground floor and upper floor) and an extension (ground floor and upper floor), which will be constructed as a timber structure on a concrete floor slab. Rapid-setting cement screeds on insulation (provided by others) will be installed on all surfaces, most of which will be covered with linoleum. Approx. 85 m² in the basement, approx. 550 m² on the ground floor and approx. 640 m² on the upper floor. The preparatory work must also be carried out. Skirting boards must be installed along the adjoining walls (solid construction + plaster, wood, plasterboard). Approx. 75 m (linoleum) in the basement, approx. 250 m (wood) on the ground floor and approx. 335 m (wood) on the upper floor.
