At the Geschwister-Scholl-Schule in Niddatal-Assenheim, the edge-protection-related components are to be upgraded and the following trades adapted to the current standard of the Wetterau district. The planned renovation area extends across several parts of the building. The measure is divided into several successive construction phases (see also additional information on the "Schedule"). The renovation measure includes structural and technical-system adaptations in the following service areas: - Windows, incl. solar shading systems - Acoustic ceilings incl. lighting - Standard IT cabling without digital equipment, incl. power supply - Fire protection - Fundamental renovation of sanitary installations - Fundamental renovation of the heating system without heat generation - Floor coverings The work will be carried out while the school remains in operation.
