The subject of the tender is the delivery, installation, commissioning and instruction in the use of an inverted confocal microscope with an area detector for the 4D characterization of organoids. The subject of the tender is the delivery, installation, commissioning and instruction in the use of an inverted confocal microscope with an area detector for the 4D characterization of organoids. 4D encompasses the time-resolved acquisition of three-dimensional sample volumes, particularly living cells, organoids, cell aggregates and tissue models. The system is intended to enable rapid confocal fluorescence imaging with high detection sensitivity, low phototoxicity and good potential for subsequent expansion. The system is to be technically prepared to allow an upgrade to 2-photon excitation. The laser is to be offered as an option. Procedure: open.
