Germany – Forestry services – Framework agreement for clearing, tree felling and plantation maintenance at the Spreetal inner spoil dump

Opportunity description

The areas where the services are to be performed are subject to mining supervision. The areas where the services are to be performed are located partly in zones at risk of ground collapse and settlement flow. Clearing, tree felling and plantation maintenance on spoil dump areas, in water and along the shore areas of residual pits, and keeping road shoulders and clearance profiles along paths clear. The specific services will be commissioned through a separate order-related call-off under the framework agreement and through on-site instructions by the contracting authority. The services will be provided intermittently in accordance with the respective call-offs by the contracting authority. The service volume is non-binding; there is no entitlement to the total turnover. The stated amount is used for tender evaluation for procurement-law purposes. Special equipment requirements in accordance with the specifications in the textual notes of the service description and in the service items must be observed. Procedure: open.
