Opportunity description
As part of the ground improvement, foundation improvement using the CMC method (Controlled Modulus Columns) is to be carried out for the single-story fire station building. For this purpose, the required execution planning, structural design and setting out of the column locations are to be prepared. The ground improvement comprises the construction of approximately 450 unreinforced full-displacement columns made of special concrete, with an average length of approximately 6.0 m. The columns are constructed using a low-vibration full-displacement drilling method and form the basis for transferring the loads of the structure. After construction, the column heads are to be cut to the correct elevation and adjusted to the foundation level. All execution parameters are to be recorded and documented electronically during the work. Finally, as-built documentation, including construction records and site plans of the ground improvement measures carried out, is to be submitted. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 163,190 EUR. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
