Opportunity description

Supply of room-in-room systems for the main concourse of the university. Mainz University of Applied Sciences is a practice-oriented university. The departments are currently spread across three locations in Mainz. With the second construction phase, the campus on Lucy-Hillebrand-Straße will be significantly expanded in order to accommodate in future the divisions of the Design and Engineering departments previously housed at the Holzstraße location. The subject of this invitation to tender is the manufacture, delivery, installation and turnkey handover of the furnishings for the newly occupied areas. The furnishings comprise: - Offices and meeting rooms - Seminar rooms and learning areas - Project work zones and communicative meeting areas. As part of the furnishing of the new building at Mainz University of Applied Sciences, movable furniture and products are being procured through a public procedure. The subject of this specific procedure is the supply of room-in-room systems intended for use in the main concourse. Procedure: open.
