Opportunity description

A new building for physics institutes with a usable floor area (NUF 1-6) of approximately 4,800 m² is being constructed on Hans-Sommer-Straße. In the four-story building, half of the area is intended for laboratories, measurement rooms and weighing rooms, which are located in the northern part of the building. Additional usable areas comprise office space as well as seminar rooms and lecture halls. A foyer that connects the floor levels via an atrium serves as the main access area. On the ground floor, student workstations extend the foyer and provide access to the landscaped inner courtyard. The plant room extends as a fifth story over half of the building area. Gas installation work comprising: - 2 compressed-air generators plus refrigeration dryers, filters, separators, storage tanks and other components - central compressed-air network with approximately 1,100m of piping - central nitrogen network with approximately 850m of piping and connection to a nitrogen tank - liquid nitrogen filling station including 20m of vacuum piping and connection to a nitrogen tank - central helium return lines with approximately 650m of piping - underground, orbital-welded helium return line with approximately 90m of piping - orbital-welded hydrogen line approximately 60m long - maintenance and inspection for a new installation in connection with its construction and assembly, term 4 years - supplementary contract for fault rectification to the contract for the maintenance and inspection of technical systems and equipment Procedure: open.
