Wärmeversorgung Damme GmbH has operated a combined heat and power plant (CHP) at Nordhofe 1 in Damme since November 2013. It currently supplies heat to the school center in Damme. Biomethane is used as fuel and is obtained via the public natural gas grid under the gas equivalence use scheme. Two additional natural gas boilers are available for supply during the winter months. Wärmeversorgung Damme GmbH hereby procures the required quantity of biomethane to operate the CHP. Wärmeversorgung Damme GmbH hereby procures the required quantity of biomethane to operate the CHP. Additional main tenders and variant tenders are permitted. Main tenders must comply with the following delivery period and delivery quantity. For the purpose of asserting remuneration claims pursuant to Section 27 EEG 2012, a product made from input materials listed in Annex 2 or 3 of the Biomass Ordinance (corresponding to input material remuneration class I or II) must be offered. In this respect, the supplier must offer a product that is suitable for realizing Wärmeversorgung Damme GmbH's remuneration claims. It is possible to submit multiple main tenders in compliance with the following conditions. Delivery period for main tenders: 01.01.2027, 06:00 until and including 01.01.2034, 06:00 Delivery quantity for main tenders: 6,000,000 kWh/a, including purchase flexibility of 80–120%/a pursuant to the supply contract Product characteristics for main tenders: EEG 2012, input material remuneration class I or II Variant tenders must comply with the following delivery period and delivery quantity.
