Germany – General anti-infectives for systemic use, vaccines, antineoplastic and immunodulating agents – PÄZ Vaccine Framework Agreement

Opportunity description

For the period from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2029 (plus a one-time extension option until 31.08.2030), a framework agreement is to be concluded with a pharmacy for the ordering and supply of vaccines to the Police Medical Center (PÄZ). The contracting authority cannot and will not enter into any contractual obligation that includes a specified minimum purchase quantity. The estimated annual requirement for vaccines is based on the annual order quantities for 2023-2025 and is intended to facilitate calculation. Due to unforeseeable conditions, e.g. large-scale police operations, a changing number of foreign deployment contingents, special epidemiological or police situations that necessitate an increased vaccination requirement for officers, fluctuations arise in vaccine consumption. Call-offs are expected to be made up to 10 times annually according to the needs and consumption of the PÄZ. The specific individual call-off will take the form of individual orders by the PÄZ specifying the desired vaccines, the order quantity, the place of delivery and, where applicable, the use of special/additional services (e.g. consultation, information about supply shortages, etc.).
