Germany – General construction work for pipelines – Zell-Weierbach School Campus, Infrastructure, District Heating and Drinking Water Network

Infrastructure, district heating and drinking water network New buildings, extensions and renovations are being carried out on the premises of the Weingarten Primary School and Erich Kästner Secondary School and on the property for the heating plant. The work will be carried out in two construction phases. 1st construction phase Connection of the heating plant to district heating and drinking water as well as of the daycare center to district heating. The further routing of the pipelines will run via the road in Lohgässle to the school campus property. There, the pipelines will be sealed and resumed in construction phase 2. - Lay approx. 70m of pre-insulated PE drinking water pipeline DN25 - DN65 in the pipeline trench constructed by others - Lay approx. 175m of pre-insulated PE-Xa heating pipeline NW 50-100 in the pipeline trench constructed by others - Construct building entries for drinking water and heating pipelines into 2 buildings, partly including core drilling 2nd construction phase Pipeline installation and connection of the existing SOUTH, existing EAST, existing West and new North buildings. Connection to the pipeline section from construction phase 1. The work will be carried out in individual construction areas, some of which will be executed at different times and also simultaneously. - Lay approx. 380 m of pre-insulated PE drinking water pipeline DN32 - DN100 in the pipeline trench constructed by others - Install and connect 2 underground hydrants - Lay approx. 345 m of pre-insulated PE heating pipeline NW 50-110 as single and twin pipes in the pipeline trench constructed by others - Construct building entries for drinking water and heating pipelines into 4 buildings, partly including core drilling Procedure: open.
