Since implementation expertise is an integral part of every consulting service here and is not intended to be provided subsequently by a second provider, the entire service is procured from a single source. This avoids interface issues between "strategy" and "implementation" and keeps the procedure streamlined. The framework agreement will be concluded with a single contractor (single-contract model, not a multi-partner model).
