The subject matter of the contract is the preparation, implementation and follow-up of visit programmes on the occasion of events held by the contracting authority, as well as the accompaniment of high-ranking guests and delegations of the contracting authority during their visit to Germany. Lot 1 includes the preparation, implementation and follow-up of visit programmes on the occasion of government negotiations and comparable event formats, as well as protocol support in Germany. Lot 2 includes the preparation, implementation and follow-up of visit programmes as part of protocol support for high-ranking guests such as heads of state and government, ministers, heads of delegation, chairs of international organisations, and prominent figures from politics, business and civil society.
