KID intends to tender a framework agreement, which will then be concluded between the bidder submitting the most economically advantageous tender in accordance with the award criteria and KID. The subject of the tendered service is the procurement of services for the digitization of the existing files and ongoing incoming mail (materials to be scanned) of the Foreigners Authority (ABH)/LH MD, in full compliance with the relevant data protection requirements and the strict stipulation that the physical materials to be scanned and their digital copies must at no time leave the jurisdiction of the Federal Republic of Germany (domestic clause). By submitting a tender, the bidders undertake to provide the personnel, technical and logistical resources required for this purpose during the term of the contract. Procedure: open.
