A framework agreement is being tendered for the provision of occupational medical services for NLStBV employees throughout Lower Saxony. Pursuant to § 19 of the Act on Company Doctors, Safety Engineers and Other Occupational Safety Specialists (Occupational Safety Act - ASiG -) of 12 December 1973, the contract comprises the tasks arising from § 3 ASiG in conjunction with the accident prevention regulation "Company Doctors and Occupational Safety Specialists" of the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV Regulation 2).
