Supply, install and commission ready for operation two highly efficient water-source high-temperature heat pumps for indoor installation at DZNE Bonn Venusberg. Including conclusion of a maintenance contract for the heat pump system for 3 years and optional deinstallation of the existing combined heat and power unit. Supply, install and commission ready for operation two highly efficient water-to-water high-temperature heat pumps for indoor installation. The configuration with two separate heat pump units serves to ensure operational reliability, demand-based capacity adjustment, even distribution of operating hours, and coverage of high-load situations during parallel operation. The heat pumps must be designed as fully functional, industrially suitable systems. They must contain all refrigeration, hydraulic, electrical, safety and control components required for safe and efficient operation. These include, in particular, heat exchangers, suitable compressor technology, expansion and control devices, safety and protective devices, control cabinet, controller, HMI, and the required communication interfaces. The contractor is responsible for the complete technical planning, design, supply, installation, hydraulic and electrical integration, instrumentation and control integration, parameterization, functional testing, and commissioning of the system. The specific technical design, compressor technology, and internal refrigeration configuration are left to the contractor, provided that the performance data, temperatures, efficiency values, operating limits, safety requirements, interfaces, funding eligibility requirements, and supporting documentation required in this specification are fully met. The contractor must check the sizing and suitability of the existing buffer storage tank and provide evidence thereof as part of the detailed design. The planned project schedule provides for the technical planning, design, and ordering of the heat pump system to take place initially in 2026. This includes, in particular, detailed design, technical sizing of the system components, coordination of interfaces with the existing systems, and the binding order of the heat pumps, including the required main components. The supply and service contract concluded following the award must contain a condition precedent or condition subsequent relating to the KfW funding approval as well as the anticipated implementation date. Construction work on site may begin only after the funding application has been validly submitted. The heat pumps offered and actually installed must meet the BEG technical minimum requirements relevant to the funding application. The exact type offered, including series, capacity, and funding-relevant configuration, must be listed as eligible for funding in the official BAFA heat generator portal in the final 'Heat Pumps' heat generator list. The listing must be demonstrated with the tender and again before delivery by means of a current official ZVI/WEP extract clearly referring to the type offered. Procedure: open.
