Heating works Installation of a heating system for the new Emmy-Noether-Schule building in Offenbach. Consisting of: - 1 district heating transfer station (470 kW) - 1 air-cooled chiller in heat pump configuration (heating capacity 299 kW), installed on the roof - 2 heating distributors including fittings and pumps - 2 buffer storage tanks of 2000 l each, including fittings and pumps - Pressure-maintaining system - approx. 550 m of medium-weight threaded pipe DN 15 - DN50 for the heating/cooling system, including insulation and fire protection - approx. 600 m of seamless steel pipe DN 65-DN 125 for the heating/cooling system, including insulation and fire protection - approx. 4000 m of stainless steel pipe DN 15- DN 100 for the heating/cooling system, including insulation and fire protection - approx. 14,000 m² of underfloor heating, studded panel - approx. 90 underfloor heating distributors for 4-12 heating circuits Supervisory personnel: For the entire execution period, at least 3 qualified, German-speaking supervisors (master tradespeople / senior installers) must be deployed as permanent points of contact for the construction management. A change of personnel is permitted only for good cause and upon designation of a replacement person with equivalent qualifications. Parallel installation: The contractor undertakes to organize the work in terms of personnel and logistics so that simultaneous, full-scale deployment in at least 3 separate installation areas in the building is guaranteed at all times.
