Opportunity description

The services of VE 3.5.2 Munich S-Bahn MPAL Technical Building Services HVAC and plumbing, media, de-icing essentially comprise the installation of the technical building services in all buildings and throughout the entire facility of the new maintenance workshop with regard to the trades of heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitation, media supply and de-icing. The workshop building complex (WGK) is at the heart of the Munich-Langwied maintenance workshop. This building complex comprises the following parts of the building: vehicle hall (FZH) and multifunction hall (MFH), warehouse (LAG), administration and social building (VSG), infrastructure building (IG) and energy center (EZ). Additional buildings are arranged around the workshop building complex that are essential for maintaining maintenance operations and will also be technically fitted out within this scope of services. Listed from east to west, these are: infrastructure warehouse and carport (ICL), bogie warehouse (DGL), outdoor warehouse canopy (LOG), exterior cleaning facility and underfloor wheelset lathe (ARH), social and storage rooms for interior cleaning (IRA).
