Helicopter transport by helicopter for planned and unplanned maintenance work and troubleshooting operations: The contractor undertakes to provide a helicopter for planned maintenance work and primarily unplanned maintenance work/troubleshooting
Opportunity description
Helicopter transport by helicopter for planned and unplanned maintenance work and troubleshooting operations: The contractor undertakes to provide a helicopter for planned maintenance work and primarily unplanned maintenance work/troubleshooting operations in the contracting authority’s OWP. Persons and material are to be transported between Emden or Borkum, depending on the contracting authority’s call-off, and the OWP. Depending on task planning, it may be necessary to fly to several locations, including across different wind farms. The contractor must ensure that a helicopter is available if the contracting authority has informed the contractor of the operation by 7 p.m. on the previous day in the case of planned operations. In the case of unplanned troubleshooting operations, the contractor’s helicopter must be ready for departure within a notification period that is still to be agreed. The contracting authority expects a tender with per-flight-minute prices excluding fuel for different minimum purchase quantities, specified in a matrix by the contracting authority, which will be made available with the invitation to tender. The per-flight-minute prices may be awarded depending on the day of the week. The helicopters’ consumption must also be stated (if necessary depending on wind and load). Under average wind conditions, the helicopter must meet the requirements for each lot. Procedure: neg-w-call. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
